Reservations at Frio RV Park
At Frio RV Park, we make booking your stay easy and convenient. Whether you’re staying for a night, a week, or a month, securing your spot is just a few clicks away. Our peaceful, gated community and spacious RV sites offer a welcoming environment for all types of travelers.
Make A Reservation
To reserve your spot at Frio RV Park, please follow these steps:
- Download the Reservation Form – Click here to download the form.
- Fill Out the Form – Complete all required information, including your desired dates of stay, RV size, and any special requests.
- Sign the Form – Be sure to sign the reservation form before submission.
- Email the Form – Once filled out and signed, send the completed form to us at [email protected].
Reservation Guidelines
- Check-In / Check-Out Times:
- Check-In: 12:00 PM
- Check-Out: 11:00 AM
- Cancellation Policy:
- We have a No Refund Policy, so please ensure your travel dates before booking.
- Late Check-In: If you plan to arrive after hours, please contact us in advance to make arrangements.
- Payment Methods: We accept credit/debit cards, Venmo, PayPal, check and cash.
Special Requests
If you have any special requests (such as a specific RV site or an extended stay), please mention them when making your reservation. While we will do our best to accommodate your preferences, all requests are subject to availability and additional fees may apply.
- Extra Vehicle Fee: $25.00 per additional vehicle (only 2 vehicles per site)
- No more than 2 pets per site
Payment Policies
- Full Payment Required – Reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking.
- Late Payments – A $50 late fee will apply if rent is not paid within 10 days of the due date.
- Returned Payment Charge – A $50 fee will be charged for any returned payment.
- No Partial Payments Accepted – We do not accept partial payments. All fees are due in full.
