Daily Rates
For those just passing through or looking for a short getaway, we offer affordable daily rates:
- 30 Amp Site: $45 per night
- 50 Amp Site: $50 per night
All nightly rates include full hookups, access to park amenities, and a peaceful, safe environment.
Weekly Rates
Enjoy a longer stay with our weekly rates for those planning to stay for several days:
- 30 Amp Site: $165 per week
- 50 Amp Site: $175 per week
Stay longer and save—weekly rates offer a discount over daily pricing, giving you the chance to enjoy all the amenities our park has to offer.
Monthly Rates
For extended stays, we offer monthly rates for both short-term and long-term visitors:
Fall and Winter Month Rates: (October – April)
- 30 Amp Site: $475 per month
- 50 Amp Site: $500 per month
Spring and Summer Month Rates: (May – September)
- 30 Amp Site: $500 per month
- 50 Amp Site: $525 per month
Under the Sheds:
- 30 Amp Site: $625 per month
- 50 Amp Site: $625 per month
RV & Boat Storage
- RV Storage: $100/mo
- Boat Storage: $50/mo
Our monthly rates are perfect for those who want to enjoy a peaceful, extended stay in our gated community. Stay for a month and enjoy full access to all our amenities at a great price.
Additional Charges
- Extra Vehicle Fee: $25 per additional vehicle (only 2 vehicles per site)
- Late Payment Fee: $50 for any rent paid after the 10th day of the month (late payments may be subject to service suspension)
- Special Requests: Certain requests (e.g., specific lot selection or special accommodations) may incur an additional fee. Please contact us for more information.
