At Frio RV Park, we are committed to providing a comfortable, safe, and peaceful environment for all our guests. To maintain this high standard, we ask that you adhere to our park policies, which ensure everyone’s enjoyment and well-being.
Please read through our policies below. By making a reservation or staying at Frio RV Park, you agree to abide by these rules and guidelines.
General Park Policies
- Quiet Hours: To ensure a peaceful environment, quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be mindful of noise levels during this time.
- Speed Limit: For safety reasons, the speed limit inside the park is 5 MPH. Please drive slowly and cautiously.
- Campfires: Campfires are allowed, but only in approved container pits. Please do not create open flames or leave fires unattended.
- Site Maintenance: Sites must be kept clean and neat at all times. Please dispose of trash properly and avoid cluttering your site.
- Vehicle Limit: Each site allows up to 2 vehicles. Additional vehicles will incur a fee of $[X] per vehicle per stay. Please park only in designated areas.
- Vehicle and RV Condition: All RVs and vehicles must be licensed and operable. Working on vehicles in the park is not allowed.
- Water Usage: Park water may be used for cleaning RVs or vehicles with prior owner approval. A $10 fee applies.
- Public Behavior: Frio RV Park will not tolerate disruptive, illegal, or offensive behavior that negatively impacts the experience of other guests. Management reserves the right to ask individuals involved in such behavior to leave the park immediately.
Pet Policies
We love pets at Frio RV Park, but we have guidelines in place to ensure the comfort of all guests:
- Maximum of 2 pets per site.
- Leash Requirement: Pets must be on a 6-foot leash and under control at all times.
- No Aggressive Breeds: Certain breeds, including Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Dobermans, and others deemed dangerous, are not allowed.
- Pet Supervision: Pets must not be left unattended outside.
- Clean-Up: Guests must pick up after their pets and dispose of waste properly.
- No Feeding Strays: Report stray animals to the local authorities at 830-334-4169 or 830-505-7153.
Payment Policies
- Full Payment Required: All reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking.
- Late Payments: A $50 late fee will be charged if rent is not paid within 10 days of the due date.
- Returned Payment Charge: A $50 fee will apply for any returned payments.
- No Partial Payments: We do not accept partial payments. Payment must be made in full to confirm your reservation.
Cancellation Policy
- No Refunds: We maintain a no refund policy for all reservations. Please ensure your travel dates are correct before booking.
- Early Departures: There are no refunds for early departures. We recommend that you finalize your travel plans before booking your stay.
Reservations and Site Assignment
- First-Come, First-Served: We assign sites on a first-come, first-served basis. Special requests for specific sites or areas within the park may incur additional fees and are subject to availability.
- Special Requests: We do our best to accommodate special requests, but they are not guaranteed and may involve additional fees.
Guest Responsibility
- Guest Behavior: Guests are responsible for the actions and behavior of everyone in their party, including children and pets.
- Child Supervision: Children under 13 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Guests are responsible for ensuring their children’s behavior remains respectful to others.
- Management Rights: Management reserves the right to terminate any agreement or ask guests to leave if the park’s rules and policies are not followed. No refunds will be given for guests asked to leave due to policy violations.

In case of an emergency, please contact park management immediately. Frio RV Park assumes no responsibility for accidents, injuries, or losses of any kind that may occur during your stay.
