Is your RV Park Gated?
Yes, Frio RV Park is fully gated for the safety and security of our guests.
How many vehicles are allowed?
2 vehicles per site. Guest parking is available outside the front gate.
Do you allow pets?
Yes, Frio RV Park is pet-friendly. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed per site, subject to owner approval. No large, aggressive breeds. Contact us for details.
What are the montly fees and what is included?
We offer competitive monthly rates that include full hookups (water, electric, sewer), Wi-Fi, and access to on-site laundry facilities. Visit our rates page for current pricing.
Do you offer long-term or monthly RV stays?
Yes, we specialize in both long-term and monthly RV stays. Many of our guests are workers on job sites near Pearsall, Dilley, and Cotulla who stay with us for weeks or months at a time. We also welcome short-term and nightly guests.
What hookups do you provide?
Every site comes with full hookups including 30/50 amp electric, water, and sewer connections.
Is there parking for work trucks and trailers?
Yes, we have plenty of space for trucks and trailers. This is one of the reasons workers in the area choose Frio RV Park.
Do you have laundry facilities?
Yes, we have on-site laundry facilities available to all guests.
Do you have Wi-Fi?
Yes, Wi-Fi is available throughout the park and included with your stay.
How far is Frio RV Park from Dilley and Cotulla?
Frio RV Park is about 20 minutes from Dilley and roughly 40 minutes from Cotulla, making it a convenient home base for workers commuting to job sites in the region.
